Whip eggs and sugar. Place the bowl over steam (pot with boiling water) and stir until the mass sticks to cover the period. Place the chocolate in a torn fireproof bowl. Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and stir until it is melted. Stir chocolate and egg mixture well. Add Baileys out. Cool and place in the freezer for ca. 30 min.
