Aaaah .. I give up! I fancy a doorbell that is not cordless, in white plastic with the possibility of "Jingle bell" tone! I fancy a good old-fashioned bell with cord, but not in brass .. Seems like an impossible task .. We try these countless wireless doorbell, but these works poorly even though some of these have cost some ...

I've got me a Hikvision IP camera pointing towards the front door. Also has a Nexa wireless doorbell. Would have been cool to get an email with a picture of the person standing outside the door when someone rings. As far as I know does not support SMTP plugins'ene made by SK attachments? Any suggestions on how to achieve this? IP camera supports browse ftp, and can upload photo (s) to an FTP server by motion. It is perhaps easiest to get SK to call a simple residual service I make the propellant running dog bell ftp server ... Who saw the kicker dog bell running a python script which picks up the latest image from the IP camera and shipper off the mail. Or .. is there any more integrated solution in SK faith? ....
