Some time ago I discovered a tool called TMUX (terminal multiplexer). Lets divide into several smaller consoles consoles and switch dog bell between them. This has most of the features of screen. This is not a description of the program, dog bell only the most commonly used cheat my functions. Many of them use once a month, so I have to be stored somewhere ... Assignments can be changed using the command bind-key and unbind-key ^ means CTRL while M is meta (usually the left alt). Worth knowing there are operations on the windows, but these and many other functions refer to the manual dog bell on Mac OS X, you can simply recompile, or installed with mac ports.
