ORDER TO CASH PROCESS MANAGER – CONSULTING For our Client – international outsourcing company delivering accounting services to the Clients located across the globe, we are currently looking for experienced O2C Process Managers to act as experts on consulting projects at different engagements. You will join the team that is part of consulting discipline of Business Transformation Services that offers diagnosis and transformation support through understanding cloak of hidden flasks specific customer needs in all business sectors. You will actively participation in new sales (business development) and in account development, provide support in new products and offering preparation in Order to Cash area. You will lead or be a part of a team conducting transformation projects. Additionally you will be providing advisory to the clients and supporting delivery teams in Order to Cash processes to ensure operational excellence. This is a client facing role. In order to be successful on this position you will have minimum 10 years of professional experience with minimum 5 years of Order to Cash subject matter expertise including strong understanding of end to end O2C process: Order Management, Billing, Credit and Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management and Query Management. The ideal candidates for the position will have extensive experience working with global companies including strong global mind-set and solid understanding of cultural differences. Additionally, experience working in BPO/shared services environment is preferred. You need to be demonstrating a proven track record in change management and implementing large scale process transformation. cloak of hidden flasks Showing strong experience in Order to Cash process design and re-engineering is necessary, as well as excellent communication skills to deal effectively with ambiguity.
